Purchasing Tickets

Is a deposit required at the time of purchase?
No. We need your best estimate of the size of your group and any seating preferences.

When do I pay?
A final group count and full payment is due four weeks before your concert. You may pay with cash, check or credit card and there are no refunds or exchanges on group tickets. Please note that Overture Center charges a $10 handling fee for group orders.

Which credit cards can I use to make a ticket purchase?
The MSO accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Can I change my order?
You may adjust your order at any time to include more or fewer people in your group up until four weeks before your concert. After you pay, the order is finalized and there are no refunds or exchanges. However, you have the option of adding more people to your group up until show time if seating is available. Call (608) 257-3734 to discuss seating options.

Can we sit together?
We do our best to accommodate your seating preferences and to seat you together. Seating is dependent on availability and we recommend you reserve your seats early to secure the best seating options.

How far in advance can I order for my group?
If you can choose a date, we can take your request. You have access to the best seating available if you order early.

How will my tickets be delivered?
After final payment is submitted, we will mail your tickets to you. No need to wait in line for will call at the box office!

What if a concert is sold out?
We recommend you check back again, as tickets often become available just before the concert.
