John DeMain’s Silver Anniversary Gala
The 2018-2019 season marks Maestro John DeMain’s 25th anniversary with the Madison Symphony Orchestra. To celebrate this important milestone, the Madison Symphony Orchestra League will hold a Silver Anniversary Gala on Friday, September 21 at the Madison Concourse Hotel. The special evening will feature a piano concert by the fabulous Naughton twins, Christina and Michelle, who grew up in Madison. A video with John DeMain and stories from the early years of his career will be shown, produced by Anders Yocom and Wisconsin Public Television. The net proceeds from this event will help support the Symphony’s nationally-recognized Education and Community Engagement Programs.
Thanks to our Honorary Gala Chair, Marian Bolz!
$200 per person ($125 tax deductible) or $1,600 for a table of eight ($1,000 tax deductible).
Presented by the Madison Symphony Orchestra League
The Madison Symphony Orchestra League is an organization of more than 300 dedicated men and women who are committed to support the Madison Symphony Orchestra. Love the Symphony, Join the League! The MSOL presents the Symphony Gala as a benefit and all proceeds support the MSO’s nationally recognized Education and Community Engagement Programs. These programs enrich the cultural life of the entire community and help build the future of the art form we all love so much.
