Symphony Season Subscriber Benefits
Priority Seating
When you become a subscriber, you have priority based on your subscription history and contributions to the MSO, and the date when your subscription is received. We want your concert experience to be enjoyable and will do our best to accommodate you and your seating preferences.
Unlimited Ticket Exchange
If a conflict comes up, you can exchange your tickets for a different season subscription performance before the Thursday of each concert weekend, for the concert you cannot attend (there is no fee for exchanges at the Overture Center Box Office).
Missed Concert Insurance
Miss a performance? No problem. We’ll provide tickets to another season subscription concert — for free (one time only).
Lost Ticket Replacement
Never worry over misplaced tickets again. Contact the Overture Center Box Office prior to your concert for reprints.
Can’t Use Your Tickets?
Donate your tickets to the MSO by the Wednesday before the concert weekend and receive a tax-deductible receipt for your order. The best way to donate is by mailing your tickets to our office, 222 W. Washington Ave., Suite 460, Madison, WI 53703.
Subscriber Parking
Enjoy reserved parking at the Dane County Parking Ramp, two blocks from Overture Hall, for $5 per concert (separate from Leadership Donor Parking). Note that there is no elevator in this ramp.

When you subscribe, you’re a part of the family. It begins with the arrival of your Subscriber Welcome Kit in August and continues throughout the season. Questions? We want to ensure you have an optimal concert experience and love chatting with our guests.
Free and Discounted Tickets
Invite your friends on us. Order all 8 subscription concerts and we’ll send you a pair of free ticket vouchers to share with others (one pair of vouchers per subscription household). Plus, enjoy 10% off additional single tickets all season long.
Subscriber Courtesy Days
Enjoy three days just for you! Exchange your tickets or purchase additional single tickets at a 10% discount August 16–18, 2023, before they go on sale to the general public on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Call or visit the Overture Center Box Office at (608) 258-4141 or visit 201 State Street and request your subscriber discount (discount code is provided to all subscribers). This discount applies to regular-price subscription season single tickets and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Save 10% on Extra Single Tickets All Season
Single tickets for all subscription concerts are available exclusively to subscribers at a 10% discount starting with Subscriber Courtesy Days. As a subscriber, you have access to this benefit for the entire season! Single tickets may be purchased through the Overture Center Box Office at 201 State Street, by calling the Box Office at (608) 258-4141, or online at madisonsymphony.org.
