Pianist Inon Barnatan, says the San Francisco Chronicle, is “sensitive, always expressive.”  See Barnatan play Beethoven’s lyrical Fourth Piano Concerto in a program also featuring Rachmaninoff’s ravishing Second Symphony.  Plus, music by Mexico’s Gabriela Ortiz.  To hear her colorful Kauyumari is to hear why she is one of the most vibrant composers of today.
