The 2018-2019 season marked Maestro John DeMain’s 25th anniversary with the Madison Symphony Orchestra. Thank you to everyone who celebrated this important milestone. The Madison Symphony Orchestra League held a Silver Anniversary Gala on Friday, September 21 at the Madison Concourse Hotel. The special evening featured a piano concert by the fabulous Naughton twins, Christina and Michelle, who grew up in Madison. A video with John DeMain and stories from the early years of his career was shown, produced by Anders Yocom and Wisconsin Public Television. The net proceeds from this event helps support the Symphony’s nationally-recognized Education and Community Engagement Programs.

Thanks to our Honorary Gala Chair, Marian Bolz!
