The Madison Symphony Orchestra is one of the few orchestras in the nation to welcome the public into select rehearsals, free of charge. This is the final rehearsal leading up to the “Remembering Lenny” November 9, 10 and 11 concert performances. The program coincides with the 100-year celebration of Leonard Bernstein’s birth, and features Pianist Christopher Taylor. Discover more about Remembering Lenny. Seating is limited. The final rehearsal before “An Auspicious Debut: Marc-André Hamelin” April 12, 13 and 14 concerts that feature Mr. Hamelin performing two European impressionistic compositions — Strauss’ Burleske, Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G.
