Link Up Letter of Agreement

  • This letter of agreement outlines the elements and requirements of the 2025-2026 Link Up program. This agreement should be read and signed by ALL participating teacher(s) and the school principal.

    Participating Link Up teachers receive:
    - Professional Development Workshops
    - Link Up teaching materials including printed teacher guide and online student materials including accompanying audio and video resources (provided online via the digital library)
    - Reservations to attend the final Link Up Concert at the Overture Center for the Arts
    - Ongoing individual support

    Participating teachers are required to:
    - Attend the Professional Development Workshop(s)
    - Implement the Link Up curriculum in the classroom and prepare students for success in the concert
    - Ensure that students are prepared to perform (singing or playing) in the final Link Up concert
    - Be responsive via email and phone and keep the Madison Symphony Orchestra staff informed
    - Ensure that all concert registration fees are paid in full by Thursday, May 7, 2026.

    Important Dates:
    - Thursday, November 13, 2025, 4:30-6:30 pm (Tentative) — Professional Development Session at Heid Music
    - Thursday, May 21, 2026 (10:15 a.m. or 12:15 p.m.) — Link Up Concert
