Madison Symphony Orchestra Opening Weekend Single Tickets On Sale
Concerts and events, Friday, September 19, and Saturday, September 20
Madison, Wis. – The Madison Symphony Orchestra (MSO) announced that single tickets are now on sale for its Centennial Opening Celebration Weekend, scheduled for September 19-20.
The celebration kicks off the orchestra’s 100th anniversary season with two concerts and events. On Sept. 19, attendees can enjoy Pure Joy Opening Night: Magical Tchaikovsky & Maestro’s Dinner, which will feature the MSO and renowned pianist Olga Kern for a 90-min. concert conducted by John DeMain, followed by a cocktail reception and formal dinner in the Overture Hall Lobby. Combo tickets for the concert and dinner are $300 per person, including premium concert seating, while single tickets for the concert only are $30-$100. Details: https://madisonsymphony.org/purejoy
The following night, Soar with Cirque de la Symphonie & Party into the Night will bring together the magic of circus arts with live orchestral music from famous film scores, including Harry Potter, Star Wars and West Side Story. The evening will conclude with an after-party featuring food stations, DJ Terrence J and dancing. Concert tickets are $30-$100, and admission to the after-party may be purchased for an additional $50 per person. https://madisonsymphony.org/cirque
