We are excited to announce a new level of convenience and security for your tickets! Digital tickets are a contactless way to deliver tickets directly to your mobile device using a mobile wallet. This offers a safe and easy way to receive, manage and share your tickets with guests while reducing the ability for stolen or counterfeit tickets. No more stress over how to print at home, running out of ink or misplacing your tickets; no apps are required.

What are Digital Tickets?

Digital ticketing is a convenient, secure, contactless service that delivers your tickets to your mobile device using rotating QR codes. Your QR codes will activate 48 hours before your performance start time and refresh every 30 seconds. Digital tickets use rotating QR codes, so you know you have a valid ticket and reduce the ability to counterfeit tickets and resell them.

How do I have my tickets delivered digitally?

Single Tickets: When placing your ticket order online, select “Digital-TrueTicket” under Shipping & Delivery Options at checkout. Or, when purchasing tickets over the phone or in-person at the Overture Center Box Office, simply let the Box Office Associate know that you’d like your tickets delivered digitally.

Subscriptions: We will be offering Digital Tickets as a ticket delivery option for subscribers in our 24/25 season! Stay tuned in April and May for more information.

How do I access my Digital Tickets?

Overture makes it easy to access your tickets on your mobile device. Simply follow these steps:

• Go to overture.org/wallet.
• Login to your Overture account.

Please note: QR codes for venue admission will be available 2 hours prior to the performance. Mobile tickets are only available to those who opted for “Mobile Ticket” delivery during the checkout process.
