Groups of 10 or more receive a 25% discount for MSO concerts and a 10% discount for Organ performances! We will reserve the best available seats for your group at the time of your order. To place your order, call the MSO Office at (608) 257-3734 and ask for our Audience Experience Manager, Lindsey Meekhof.
Groups planning a bus or motor coach trip should contact the Overture Center at (608) 258-4153 at least one week prior to the concert date to obtain parking details. Patrons may be dropped off and picked up at the Fairchild Street entrance to Overture Center, but buses may not remain parked there during the performance.

Is a deposit required?
No. We just need your best estimate of the size of your group.
When do I pay?
A final count and full payment by cash, check or credit card is due four weeks before your concert. There are no refunds or exchanges after you pay. Please note that Overture Center charges a $10 handling fee for group orders.
Can I change my order?
You can adjust your order to include more or fewer people until four weeks before your concert, when you pay. After that, there are no refunds or exchanges, but you can add more people to your order as long as seating is available. Call (608) 257-3734 to discuss availability.
Can we sit together?
We’ll do our best to seat you together, depending on availability. We recommend you reserve early for the best seating options.
How far in advance can I make a request?
If you can pick a date, we can take a request. Advance ordering is the key to the best seating.
How do I get my tickets?
There’s no need to wait in line at the box office. After final payment has been made, we will mail your tickets to you.
