I lost my tickets. How do I get replacements?
If you lose your tickets at any point, simply call the Overture Center Box Office at (608) 258-4141 or visit the Box Office on the day of your concert. They will reprint your tickets and put them in Will Call under your name, or print them at the window when you visit.

Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes! As a single ticket buyer or subscriber, you can exchange your tickets for a different MSO subscription performance up to 24 hours before the concert in conflict. There is no fee for exchanges. Take your tickets to the Overture Center Box Office, or mail them with a note indicating which concert you’d like them exchanged for:

Overture Center Box Office
201 State Street
Madison, WI 53703

I can’t use my tickets. Can I donate them?
Absolutely. Please mail your tickets to the MSO, with a note indicating that you are donating them, at at least 24 hours before the concert in question, to:

Madison Symphony Orchestra
attn: Audience Experience Manager

Once we have received your tickets, we will mail you a letter confirming your tax-deductible donation. All tickets are non-refundable.

I’m a subscriber and couldn’t attend a concert. What should I do with my tickets?
If you miss a concert for any reason, take advantage of your Missed Concert Insurance. Please contact the MSO at (608) 257-3734 or info@madisonsymphony.org and we’ll re-seat you at any remaining subscription performance in the 2021–2022 season depending on availability. Please note that the insurance may be redeemed for one concert per season.
