Lost Tickets, Donations, Exchanges
Don’t fret over lost tickets. Simply contact the Madison Symphony Orchestra or visit the Overture Center Box Office before or on the day of your concert. They will reprint your tickets and put them in will call under your name or print them at the window when you visit. Call the Box Office at (608) 258-4141.
Can’t use your tickets? Why not donate them back to the MSO? If you can’t attend a concert or miss a performance, send in your tickets to the MSO at least 24 hours before the concert and receive a tax-deductible receipt for your donation.
As a single ticket buyer or subscriber, you have unlimited ticket exchanges. If a conflict arises, you can exchange your tickets for a different MSO subscription performance up to 24 hours before the concert in conflict. Send in your tickets to the MSO or visit Overture Center Box Office to discuss seating arrangements and exchanges. There is no fee for exchanges, so exchange your tickets as often as needed.
